Project design
Based on an existing program, OR during the design phase, defining the human resources requirements, recruitment, organization, and management of the project team.
Project execution
Assistance with the procurement process (with particular attention to the interfaces of the different lots/trades), support for work preparation and monitoring, assistance with contract management, financial tracking of the project lifecycle, and risk management, preparation of decision-making support reports.
Project delivery
Assistance during the reception/testing/maintenance phase, delivery of works, management and follow-up of claims.

Scheduling
Preliminary feasibility study of the project, identification of key factors (constraints, administrative formalities, essential tasks to be completed, etc.), development of a schedule outlining the chronology of all operations necessary for the execution of the works.
Coordination
Supervision of the various project stakeholders, management of team schedules and task execution according to the established specifications, ensuring the quality of provided information and communication (visit planning, site meetings), drafting of reports and minutes of work acceptance.
Management
Monitoring of the construction site throughout its duration until the removal of reservations, ensuring compliance with the schedule and deadlines, as well as implementing any corrective actions (weather delays, defects, malfunctions, etc.).
Procurement
Supervision of the selection and acquisition of all materials and services required for the project. Cost control, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project deadlines. Negotiating with suppliers, managing and monitoring contracts, and coordinating deliveries to align with the schedule and compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
